Commercial & industrial cleaningGreater Montreal

Cleanroom cleaning · Greater Montreal

Cleanroom cleaning,
to your protocols.

A cleanroom is only as controlled as its cleaning. One wrong wipe, product or particle and you're chasing counts and failed checks. We clean to your cleanroom's protocols and classification — cleanroom-grade ULPA/HEPA equipment, full gowning, only your approved products — and we document every visit. Contamination control you can prove.

Cleanroom & controlled-environment cleaning for nanofabrication, pharma, biotech and device makers · Bilingual, insured, CNESST-compliant · $5M liability · Cleaned to your protocols, documented every visit.

The short answer

Cleanroom cleaning is contamination-controlled cleaning done strictly to your facility's protocols, not office cleaning in a nicer room.

  • Where we do itCleanrooms, laboratories, pharmaceutical and life-sciences facilities, photonics and optics labs, microelectronics and packaging rooms across Greater Montreal.
  • To your protocolYour SOPs, your classification, your approved chemicals and wipe materials. Nothing else enters the room.

We clean to your standards; we do not certify or classify your room.

Contamination is expensive

Sound familiar?

A generic cleaner doesn't understand gowning, airflow or clean-to-dirty — and becomes the contamination source.
The wrong wipe or chemical leaves residue or particles that show up in your counts.
Cleaning gets skipped or rushed and your classification slips between certifications.
You have no documented record of what was cleaned, when, and to which procedure — for your audits.
Your own techs are pulled off high-value work to do the cleaning themselves because no vendor is trusted in the room.
A cleaner won't use your equipment or product list — they bring their own, and that's the problem.

In a cleanroom, the cleaner is either part of your contamination control or a hole in it. Our whole job is to be the first — to your protocols, with proof.

A controlled cleanroom / laboratory environment maintained to protocol
The CleanerOffices difference

Your protocols, your products, our discipline.

We clean to your procedures and classification — not a generic method. Full gowning, cleanroom-grade ULPA/HEPA vacuums and mop systems, only the chemicals and wipes on your approved list (client-owned equipment stays in the room where required), and a top-down, clean-to-dirty discipline. Every visit is documented with a sign-off, so you have an audit-ready record. If your room requires a client rep to inspect before we leave, that's built into the routine.

What we clean

Every controlled surface, the right way.

A complete program built around your classification and procedures.

Work surfaces & benches

Wiped down with approved products and materials, to your method and sequence.

Floors, walls & ceilings

Cleanroom-grade mopping and wiping, top-down and clean-to-dirty, without disturbing airflow.

Gowning & airlock areas

Gowning rooms, airlocks and pass-throughs kept controlled — the entry points contamination rides in on.

Tacky mats & entries

Sticky mats replaced and thresholds maintained to keep particles out of the controlled zone.

ULPA/HEPA vacuuming

Cleanroom-rated ULPA/HEPA vacuums only — client-owned and room-dedicated where your protocol requires.

Consumables & waste to protocol

Wipes, gowning PPE and waste handled per your procedures and material requirements.

Note: we clean and maintain your cleanroom to your protocols and classification. We do not certify, classify or validate the room — that stays with your qualified provider.

Beyond the technician

Contamination control you can document.

You're not hiring a cleaner — you're plugging into a system. A trained, gowned technician is one piece. The real value is the operations system underneath — so nothing depends on someone's memory; it depends on the system. The same six systems run at every client, held to your cleanroom's standards. You get full visibility into all six, from day one.

What it costs

Quoted from your room and protocols.

Cleanroom cleaning is specialty work — priced from your classification, size, frequency, gowning and product requirements. We assess, then quote. Many clients start with a trial before committing to a term.

Every cleanroom is different. We don't publish a rate because the room sets it — classification, particle targets, gowning, product list and frequency all move the number. Request an assessment and we'll scope it with you.

They ask, we answer

Cleanroom cleaning questions.

What is cleanroom cleaning?
Cleanroom cleaning is contamination-controlled cleaning done to your facility's protocols — proper gowning, cleanroom-grade ULPA/HEPA equipment, only your approved chemicals and wipe materials, and a disciplined top-down, clean-to-dirty method that protects your particle counts and airflow. It's a specialty service, not standard commercial cleaning.
Do you certify or classify our cleanroom?
No — and we're clear about that. We clean to your cleanroom's protocols and classification using cleanroom-grade equipment, gowning and your approved products, and we document every visit. We do not certify, classify or validate the room itself — that stays with your qualified certification provider. Our job is to keep your controlled environment clean to the standard you've set.
Do you use our equipment and approved products?
Yes — that's the point. We use your approved chemical and material list and, where your protocol requires, client-owned equipment (e.g. a dedicated cleanroom ULPA vacuum) that stays in the room. We don't bring outside products into a controlled environment.
How much does cleanroom cleaning cost?
It's quoted per site — classification, size, frequency, gowning and product requirements all set the price, so there's no public rate. Many clients start with a short trial before committing to a term. Request an assessment and we'll scope it with you.
How do you handle contamination control and sign-off?
Only protocol-trained, gowned technicians enter your room. We work top-down, clean-to-dirty, to your method, and finish with an on-site sign-off — your rep inspects with the tech before they leave, and anything flagged is corrected on the spot. Every visit is documented for your audit file.
Can you cover our room when our technician is out?
Yes — coverage is built in, but only with substitutes trained on your room and protocols. We never send an untrained technician into a controlled environment.
