Project Manager

The company currently owns over 10,000,000 sq. ft. of properties and 11,000,000 sq. ft. of land for development.
Job Description
Responsible to oversee and supervise construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Establish construction budgets and schedule for specific projects following the company priorities
- Ensure construction standard procedures and best practices
- Report on a weekly basis the construction work and site advancement in due respect of the schedule and budget
- Control construction and projects quality
- Plan and coordinate all aspects related to the construction process
- Coordinate all professionals and subtrades
- Control invoicing and budget tracking
- Assist in securing building permits and licenses
- Address all construction site matters or issues diligently
- Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials)
- Supervise the work of laborers and provide guidance
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction field
- Technical knowledge about construction, planning and plans
- B. SC/ BA engineering, construction management or relevant field
- PMP or equivalent certification (advantageous)
- Understanding of construction procedures
- Control reporting management software
- Analytical mind
- Great organizational & time management skills
- Communication & negotiating skills
- Capacity of controlling multiple projects
- Team player
- Great sense of responsibility
